Hello. My contract with you ran out this month, phone is paid for etc, but I ordered a new phone that came with a new SIM (still with you guys, but a different tariff), I've put the new SIM in the new phone and it won't activate, I'm supposed to be keeping my old number. Can you help me please.

Oh and now my old phones SIM has been deactivated so I can't contact anyone unless I use WiFi.

@BX3D You should have done a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
If that doesn't help, your best option would be to call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they will activate the new sim for you. Be sure to bring photo identification with you.
