I selected the Audible extra but every time I try to activate it it says there's an error. I called O2 about this nearly a month ago, and they said they're aware of the issue and to call back in a few weeks if it's still not working (helpful!). I now only have 7 days to activate the extra. Does anyone know if they're extending the activation dates because of the issue? I can't see any information on it online and I really don't want to have to call them again

I was trying to avoid calling again to keep the lines open for people with actual problems, but no such luck!
