Account swap after a death

Hello,
My dad passed away a few weeks ago, and my account is in his name, O2 never let me do anything without him being with me for confirmation..

Can I swap my account to my name rather than my dads? If so how do I do this?

I have tried calling and I keep getting cut off, and I tried this Aura chat and I can’t get anywhere with this, I tried web chat and it won’t even load as if O2 removed this..

I cannot get in touch with O2 at all and I am stressing out because I don’t know what to do or how to go about this,

Please can any one help me?
