Hi one question in order to login into my o2 account it’s asking for a confirmation code but the phone number it’s giving I don’t have access to what can I do

Good question - you may need help from O2, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 will help you get that.
Tagging @Dave-O2 as this appears to be a side-effect of a change recently to make 2FA by SMS be the default for login to both Community Forum and your MyO2 on-line.
The MyO2 App does not have the same limitation, as far as I have been able to determine, can you try that method to access MyO2?
