Solved: Account login issues

Hello I have an account I've had for many years however I can't login, ive tried the forgot password and username route to no avail, I have tried to login by using the phone number it then says no account linked with this number so I try to register an account enter the mobile number and it says I already have an account with this number.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
