@MoleHD just to add that this isn't customer service so we cannot help with account related issues. O2 have a fraud department who will investigate your issue but you must call them, do not use live chat for this kind of issue.

There will always be fraudsters looking to make a killing from those of us who have worked hard for what we have. Glad you suffered no financial loss but the stress and worry of it all takes its toll
