I recently took out a phone contract for my partner as it had to be in the same name as the address it was going to. He pays the direct debit which is set up from his bank but I was wondering if it’s possible to put it all in his name. Can this be done on my o2 app or is anyone answering now when you ring o2 customer services? Thanks

It very rare that O2 will allow a change of ownership on a contract. It would need to be cancelled and him take it out in his own name.
