I have an account registered to my primary E-mail address. Because of this when I have taken out a VOLT sim I have had to use a different E-mail. I would like my VOLT account as it were to be on my "original" account.

At the moment O2 have suspended account merging until after the Virginmedia migration has been completed and everyone has been changed over to the new billing system
How long that will take is anyone's guess but we are talking months, even years

A couple of queries...
- Why is the option still available on MyO2 if its been suspended, with absolutely no information as to why its suspended?
- Why has this information not be provided to the O2 Customer Services if its true?
