Hi @Anonymous You are the 2nd person tonight complaining you are unable to access your My O2 account.
I have just tried mine via PC and can get in with no problem. Give it overnight to see if it resets. Turn your phone off and back on again. If still having problems then contact customer services tomorrow morning
