Solved: Accessing my 02 account

02is a nightmare, I know I have put the right password in, I still cannot access my account, nobody available to help I only want to cancel my international bolt on, BT is looking more promising as a service provider.

Hi @Anonymous You are the 2nd person tonight complaining you are unable to access your My O2 account.

I have just tried mine via PC and can get in with no problem. Give it overnight to see if it resets. Turn your phone off and back on again. If still having problems then contact customer services tomorrow morning

The system maintenance usually runs around midnight so some parts of the website may come and go whilst it's running.
