I cannot access My O2 account over my home wifi on either my iPhone 11 or Mac. ( it times out with message” safari cannot open the page.... because safari cannot establish a secure connection to the server identity.o2.co.uk) The wifi seems to work fine on both devices when connecting to other websites. If I switch to 4g on my iPhone instead it will access My o2 without a problem. Any ideas how to solve the access issues over home wifi? Cheers

@Chris23

Some things to check here both in your device and router settings.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Just to let you know that the issue I was having accessing My 02 is now sorted. Tried a few of the suggested options but changing the dns seemed to sort it. Thanks
