Exactly what it says, lost my SIM whilst abroad and now can’t log into My O2 as they need to send code to my UK number.

I've not lost the mobile, only the SIM as I swapped mine for a tourist SIM whilst abroad, is the information still relevant?

Yes, it is @prathaiutai1, you need to notify O2 as they will likely hold you responsible for any use of your SIM until the point that you report it. 

 

My inclination would be to ping them a message on social media without delay - the links are in @Bambino's post above. 👍
