Yes, I have checked the website but it only gives me an option to add it as extra with monthly payment. When I got new contract (3 days ago) I supposed to have Free 6 months.

I think the offer is only available for a Refresh contract or upgrading via O2. Not from a third party.

Ive had phone a while now but got email from o2 offering this. I activated it, expecting 6 months free but have been billed from the start and not able to speak to anyone about it.

The free offer is only for new contracts and upgrades taken out now. Existing customers are able to get a £2.00 discount making it £3.99.

Thanks for the reply.

Definitely didnt mention that in the email but signed up for it anyway. When registering it did mention 7 day free trial so 5 days to cancel.

Thanks for your help.
