To whom it may concern,
I signed up to a tariff the same time as my partner. We both pay the same amount per month. I have recently realised that she has a 4g signal and I only get a H+ if I am lucky. Would it be possible for you to make it that my phone can receive a 4g signal please.
Thanks
Shaun

Does the problem move to the other phone if you swap the SIM cards around, @E51S3?

4g is an option that needs to be selected on your account by O2.
Contact O2 to see if it is enabled.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
