4g not working or connecting

Hi I was late paying my bill but paid it early today and normally within the hour my phone is back connected and I'm able to use it again. However it's been 12 hours and nothing has happened and I'm still not able to make phone calls or use any roaming data but I am able to still send text messages

How many times have you been late paying?

There comes a point where they will refuse to reconnect you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
