I received a text today about 3 months of Disney plus as a thank you for being o2 customer , I’ve been with o2 for so long I thought that was very nice gesture, as I never get anything . it turns out I can’t activate it as it says im not eligible ? How does that work then ?
Thanks, I actually managed to solve it myself, I texted again to 21500 , I texted DISNEY3 instead of just DISNEY, and my extra is now active and ready to use !
