2no. text's from 02.

Yesterday I received 2no. text's from 2no. separate numbers :-

(1) +447788256749  02 We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid suspension,update your billingvia https://o2-failure-billing-update.com

(2) +447770852676   Same text as (1)

Since January I have been dealing with 02's Fraud dept. regarding 2no accounts that have been set up in my name using my address. I am awaiting a response from the 2nd. fraud at the moment.

As an existing customer who has had an account with 02 since before 2012, and have always payed by direct debit, from the same bank from day one with no problems, I can't understand why without ANY input or changes by me, all this is happening.

PLEASE can you give me some advice.

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and do not follow any links.
