I have two numbers associated with my account, a Pay and Go number, that I've had for years, and a Pay Monthly number that another family member uses and that was added last year.

When I log in to My O2 account and want to make changes to my profile, or delete an old debit card the SMS with my authorisation code goes to the Pay `monthly number that I don't have access to for much of the time.  How can I get the code to go to my Pay and Go number?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Thanks.  I was hoping to speak to a 'virtual assistant,' as that was the link I clicked, but it just redirected me to the forum.
