Solved: 18gb data son for £10

Hi I am very frustrated at moment as I ordered a 02 sim card off you guys an if I top up £10 i get 18gb data big bundle,
I have topped up £10 but only got given 6gb? I thought you were meant to x3 6gb making 18gb? Can you please help me resolve this please
