I bought a £15 bundle yesterday and it never worked

Was the bundle due to be renewed @TylerBrady02 

It won't change until the anniversary date

The £15 will be taken to give you allowances

Hi @TylerBrady02 

To find out what happend and why the big bundle did not work you would need to call our Pay & Go customer service number from your phone 4445. They will then look in to see what has happend.
