Not sure if im on correct "board".

I was supposedly credited with my 10% on the last 3months top ups(£10 a month), but only £1 was added instead of £3, is this because part of what was used to top up was off airtime rewards? If not then I'm short by £2.

Thank you

Indeed it is as it has to be a cash top up to qualify.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
