02 app error message

I am unable to access My02 app as when I log in I get a Code 4 error message.  I was wondering if anyone else is having problems like this.

Hi

It has been known for the app to glitch and usually rights itself.

Mine is doing the same right now too.

Try deleting it and re installing.

If no help and after leaving it a while then Contact O2 on 202 contract or 4445 payg to ensure your login details are correct on your account.

But as I said usually leaving it usually resolves on its own.

I can't log into my account online either, maybe the problem is with 02?

I can't check that as I'm at work and using my iPhone.

It wouldn't harm to ring them if you so wish.

I have just checked on my PC and yes its down and unavailable (as at 8.32am)

It is stating 'Unavailable at present due to maintenance work'

O2 are known to do this type of work to their website overnight...so I would try again later

Yes getting the same message on my pc down for maintenance hopefully be sorted soon

Any news when the O2 site will be up and running? I need to purchase a Bolt On due to being on holiday with no Wifi!
