Hi, I'm Jen, I was on o2 before and I transfer to three, I just want to ask if I should pay my airtime data bill even though before they refresh my data, I've been transferred to three? So they refresh my data every 17th of the month and I manage to transfer to three before refreshing my data so my question is do I still need to pay the airtime bill even I transferred already?

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
