update after meeting with trading standards

thanks for all the letters of support

I met with the trading standards today and after showing all the overwhelming evidence

I now have to take O2 to the small claims court

After all the hassle,lies and accusations

They left me with no choice

(xxxxxxxxxxxx) couldn`t even be bothered to reply to the several messages left for her

What an absolute shambles

Although I have been through hell with this company

I sincerely hope none of you have to go through this

The feedback suggests that this company was at one time very good

But apparently in recent years has fell by the wayside
