Pestering Calls from O2

Anonymous
Not applicable
How do I stop getting calls from O2? I am a pay monthly customer and had several calls before Xmas asking me to buy a tablet. I told them I wasn’t interested and during two of the calls I asked them to stop calling me. I work in Africa where it is expensive to receive a call and after several missed calls from a uk number, I decided to answer this afternoon incase it was important. It was O2 AGAIN!!! This time I’m being billed over £1 a minute by them to listen to their sales pitch! Obviously I hung up. Unbelievable.

@Anonymous If you don't want to wait for up to 30 days (because O2 is so customer friendly), you can also block the number. Most new phones have the facility built in, but if yours doesn't there are many apps that will do the trick.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@AnonymousIf you were in Africa and were receiving this type of call from O2 and were charged, then give customer services a call and ask for a refund. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
