Cannot believe an app for checking account balances has adverts in it...
Also.. why is data usage not on the first screen that appears? Minutes and messages are there, data is more important to me, the app picks the info up on the account summary screen, why not on the first screen?
Get rid of the adverts, and there'd be plenty of room to put the data info on there.

It doesn't seem to be compatible with Android 2.2 on an HTC Wildfire.

Seems to run fine on my LG Optimus 3D (running Gingerbread 2.5.3)
But why doesn't it support a landscape display :robotindifferent: I know... that is just 'nit picking' - I have used it a number of times since it's release without a problem. slight_smile
PLUS as others have said before me, why are there adverts... :robotindifferent: Tacky and annoying especially for casinos :robotindifferent: (it will be brothels next! :mansurprised: )
You may want to edit your initial post to ask what people's handsets are. The reason I say this is that there are posts about people not getting connected for half an hour, and 'me' that gets connected first and every time.
I have an O2 SIM but not an O2 handset. i.e. O2 may not be to blame!

I would like to see:
*Data allowance on the front screen (pay monthly)
*Basic Account Management
*Able to see remaining Bolt-on allowance (pay as you go)
*A bit more polish, its a little basic and clunky.
Its a good start, but currently My O2 on O2 Active offers more information, is quicker and doesn't use my data allowance to load adverts.

How does the Android version compare with the iPhone? Not seen theirs.
Adverts are annoying especially as most of them are for services designed to take your money with little in return. :robotmad:

It spends about 30 seconds trying to login on my phone and then says "A network error occurred, please try again".
I have a working network connection; i've tried it over wifi (O2 Broadband), 3g (O2), mi-fi mobile hotspot (Three), its not a networking problem! Been trying for several days in-case it is a problem at O2s end.
I running Android 2.2 on a Motorola Milestone.
Maybe the app does not like accounts with a portal and mobile account linked?

Yep, I get the exact same issue and have tried everything you have to resolve it but 'no dice'! But when I sign in on the mobile website, no problem!
Samsung galaxy s2 with android 2.3.5 .
EDIT: ok managed to get it working. If you have accounts linked, your main billing account must be set as the default account to allow the app to access the data!
