@Sunderlandafcla That’s why we suggest that you always call rather then use live chat

I say again, Then what is the point of having the live chat??? Surely it is there for people who cant get to the phone because they are working? I used to work for british gas on web chat and we could pretty much do 90% of customer queries! So if BG can do it why cant O2?

Using outsourced call centres and chat lines will always have customer service limitations. They're ok 👌for simple questions but calling will always give you a better experience.

@Sunderlandafcla If this is related to your other post, and I suspect it is, you're much better off talking to someone rather than Live Chat. It's very rare that we suggest using it except for the basics.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Have to agree. Call 202 during office hours & seem to get through to someone in the UK & that's a much more productive interaction.
