very poor data speeds was 30-40mb, now 1.66mb if it connects at all.

What is happening with the network in parts of northern ireland, very slow past week in crossgar and at bt30  8sn

 

data just sometimes doesn't even work, o2 checker says everything is fine, obviously its not.  tried twitter got automatic reply, blah covid etc.

tried calling, they said try online....

 

tried 3g, even worst.

All clear up here - I saw a notification about work last week in BT49, an adjacent postcode to mine - but nothing in Co Down BT30.

@markk101- when you use the status tool, it lets you report issues, have you done that? Is it just Data?

Calls and text work ok, data is pretty much unusable, it's either to slow or times out.

Tried on multiple devices

All I can suggest, @markk101 is to go to Support in MyO2, and run a check on each phone - and hit the Report Problem button for each.
