o2 are starting to rip customers of. i am due to upgrade yesterday but got told i can not as
i missed a payment. but court it up the following month this was 3 months ago and
payed £15 reconnection charge
but because of this i can not upgrade now till feb 3 months after my contract ends
which is £130 for nothing. after being a custermer for 12 years they just said if your not happy
you can just cancel your contract with us.

Unfortunately missing a payment puts a default on your account....You may have paid it off and it is up to date now.....but O2 will have probably made the decision to hold fire on allowing you to upgrade just yet..

Ripping off is a bit over the top when all they are doing is invoking their policy, after all you are the one that defaulted. Was there a direct debit in place?
