unable to process your latest bill

have others had a text saying O2 we were unable to process your latest bill? then asking for details. I'm treating it as a scam.

It's a scam.

Ignore it and block the number.

Do not click any links and report the text to 7726 (free)

Had the same today. Looks very dodgy so blocked immediately. Checked my O2 account which was fine. I forwarded the msg to O2. The txt number was: 07393 911062 for reference. (suspect that they are not operating in the UK)
