Beware of scammers phoning you to say they are from O2. they have access to details of your account including your billing amount and ask for payment then the scam continues, they take payment from your card having pretended to be O2 and tect back a so called receipt of payment which is headed as UK which was the reason we then found out the scam. They have an automated sytem when you call them back claimimg to be O2 bill payment. Watch out for the following numbers calling you

08001116121

Why do O2 have these so called trusted partners when all they do is cold call, sneaky tactics, Ms sell you contracts & put you on business tariffs without informing you when the customer should be on a consumer tariff, very underhanded indeed

Because they can. It's obviously not illegal, and more than likely, all the networks do exactly the same thing.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I'm sure O2 had a page showing this number so people knew it was them calling, but it seems to have disappeared.
