"Sending failed, Internal error"?

Hi guys.

I have a Samsung Tocco FGH-480 and usually send picture messages with no problem.

But today I've tried to send a normal, auto-resized pic to someone (still within the UK) several times throughout the day, only for it to not be sent and I receive the following each time-

"Sending failed, Internal error"

What is wrong?

Thanks

First thing to do is with your phone still turned on pull the battery out to cut the power. Pop the battery back in and turn the phone on. Try sending a picture to yourself to test the sending and also the receiving. As long as you haven't fiddled with any settings then this usually gets things working again slight_smile

Can you connect to the internet?

Is it just that one person?

I just sent myself a pic taken just now, and it sent perfectly.

I tried to set up the internet months ago, nothing seemed to work as it wasn't straiht forward, so gave up. No, I can't email from my 'phone.

I can only send picture messages on 2G today. 3G repeatedly fails, and no internet access on 3G.

I just received a reply from Samsung;-

"In response to your email regarding your Tocco, please send your
handset MMS settings from theuk.samsungmobile.com website from the
Support section. This will re-establish the settings for MMS ont he
phone."

What the hell do they mean? wink

Seems clear enough, send the MMS settings to the handset from the Samsung website.

You could also have the internet settings sent as well.
