Poor signal at TR262NZ this has been since November last year O2 say there working on it. So how long does it take? They could have put a new mast up by now.
All this time I have to go outside just to use my phone. Unacceptable in this day and age.
Anybody in this area having similar problems?

Still no action from O2 been a year now since the service from my local mast has almost failed.
All O2 can report is :-
Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. |
Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it. |
