Hi

I am three days late paying my O2 bill. I am able to pay in five days time.

Am I likeley to be cut off during this period.

I'm not sure what the timescales are when being cut off, or at least being unable to make calls or send texts, but if you give Customer services a call to let them know you will be paying by a certain date then they should be able to ensure your service isn't interrupted.

You do need to phone them immediately because if you are cut off then a fee may be applied to re connect you.

Unless you speak to them (not webchat) you will almost certainly have service cut off if the payment is going to be 8 days late. Speak to them now, possibly making a partial payment.
