Ordered O2 phone Friday afternoon and advised it would be delivered btwn 0800-2000 Monday 30/11/15.

UKMail site all day said it was out for delivery from 07.33 and should be with me btwn 17.20 and 18.20 as I seemed to be delivery number 70 at the end of the line. At 16.30 the UKMail site said that they were with delivery 65 and still on way to me at 70. At approx 1700 hours the tracking for 65 to 70 had disappeared and surprise, surprise at 18.30 with no parcel delivery UKMail site shows "Sorry, we seem to be running late".

Waited until 19.45 and had to send e-mail to advise of non delivery as the admin staff leave the phones at 19.00 hours. Auto reply states query will be dealt with tomorrow. Very poo.......r  service from UKMail and it's gone 2000 hours so no delivery TODAY as O2 stated just before they took my money!

Not impressed with UKMail as a delivery company nor O2 for using them and exposing me to them.

I paid £8.99 to get my order delivered this evening and it hasnt arrived either!  Yet more frustration and time wasted having to chase it up and complain.  Perhaps I too should look at other providers.

Update on rubbish service from UKMail.

Advised by text message this morning it would be delivered this a'noon btwn 1425-1525. It is now 17.30 so guess it will not be arriving again today.

AVOID using any supplier that uses UKMAIL as they appear to be incompetent. They are good at sending emails saying that goods are out for delivery and case closed emails though!

Will have to cancel with O2 and get goods elsewhere.
