Just warning anyone who recently signed up for o2 pay monthly deal at £16 per month. The deal that has been promised is not being delivered and one has to spend hours and hours disputing excessive charges and fees. Customer support can't help, manager can't help. After more than 10 years with O2, complaint and leave is the only option 😞

Quick update. The issue is still not resolved. I am now receiving demands to pay a bill of nearly £40 instead of agreed no charge for this month. I have made complaint nearly two weeks ago and nothing happened. I was supposed to get a call back from custome support manager - nothing happened. Disgrace customer service and communication. The bill due date is tomorrow but I was unable to resolve the problems in over a month now.
Refering to the ombudsman now (https://www.ombudsman-services.org/sectors/communications).
Any advice from anyone?
