o2 network still not inproved in my area

they have been doing work on the mast in my area but the signal isent inproved but o2 dont tell you what they are doing like vodafone do there back on the sataday to do more work on the mast 😐

There is on o2 app think it's called my signal or my network and you can report the fault through that

Hi @paddyguy O2 never give timescales. There  could be a number of reasons why they cant fix masts quikly. Access to land etc. You could download the My Network app and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Ot contact customer services to complain if it goes on for a long period of time https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

ive got the my network app on my phone and it says our network in this area is working fine but my signal is up and down all the time

they did upgrades on the mast last sataday and the signal is up and down like a yo yo one min it will be 4 then 3 then 2 bars 📶

At least you can use wifi calling so you should be fine for calls at home.
