the service that 02 give is ridiculous. Live chat is always unavailable and i have tried calling 02 myself 4 times today and each time was on hold around 45 minutes each time. I am now trying for the 5th time i have now been on hold for 32 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!!

It's the least busiest time.

I was on hold for 55 minutes to customer service before they closed at 9pm and then was hung up on by someone else as they said they could not help as I need to speak to customer service, what a joke. can;t wait for contract to end as the service and signal is crap, they are supposed to be one of the best providers but they are most certanly not!!

Yes CS are having problems with wait time. As said, if you phone 1st thing you will not wait longer than 10minutes (This has been my experience)

I went on Live Chat to get a PAC as I am trying to port my number to Vodafone..... What a farce it was I started to attempt my quest at 1230 by 2000 I was getting a bit pi**** off!  

 

I got a PAC but Vodafone says it's not valid so I went back to Live Chat answered the same security questions only to get a promise that my PAC would be text and emailed to me in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I went back on to Live Chat answered the same security questions only to be given the same PAC that Vodafone says is invalid!

 

This is when I gave up I am now slagging O2 off on every social media I can find 

 

O2 YOU SUCK!
