no sim no service

Can't get connected to a network.  Have have a replacement phone (Samsung S3 mini) and sim card.

Called customer services x 5.  Can anyone on the forum help get me connected.  Thanks

Just double check the sim is in correctly and in the correct slot.

They make it look so easy....I struggle with sims. Good job I have a pair of tweezers handy just in case...Smiley Very Happy

My SIM doesn't sit like that.  Can only see a tiny bit of it when inserted.  Will look again at video

Hello Cleoriff

Tell me about it tweezers to get it out - can't be good I am sure. Who designs these things.

Have tried wiping with a clean cloth and inserting a bit of card on top.

Should have stuck with my 'does everything I need phone'

I couldn't honestly recommend it @Anonymous. If you mess up you will come looking for me LOL I just know I have used them to gently lift the sim and pull it out..

Fear not. Won't be coming after you. Don't tell anyone but I do it frequently especially when customer services lad or lass asks me to 'take out SIM and re-insert'

My daughter tried it for me yesterday. Has to be a bit of card. Placed it on top of the SIM then inserted two together

Didn't work though
