Can't get connected to a network. Have have a replacement phone (Samsung S3 mini) and sim card.

Called customer services x 5. Can anyone on the forum help get me connected. Thanks

I cannot believe I have such a fancy phone and yet it only works if you use a piece of card that falls to bits.

Have just texted my daughter who is very annoyed that o2 didn't confirm which SIM I was using.

The SIM is there to stay Jonsie and so far the WD40 is under the sink
