Solved: no signal again!!!!!

ok getting really fed up with o2 now. Third day without signal. seem to remember that it was out for almost a week this time last year and I have lost count how many times it has been off through out this year. starting to think I should have stayed with my Tesco value sim as that never went off!!!!

There must be a local issue check http://status.o2.co.uk for your postcode.

If you were still on tescos it would affect you as it runs on the o2 network.

You have ruled out handset / sim issues?

already checked, and says investigating. But it is happening too many times and affects a large area.

just keep looking at the page for info.

If you are not happy follow the full complaints procedure.

But many things can affect the network including metal theft at the local mast for an example
