Me too, no data network from around 11:00am

I can send and receive calls and texts but no safari, mail and apps that need data etc.

This is not the kind of service I like paying £35 a month for.

Regards

Matt

Jsut spoke to customer service (she can only offer general advice as her systems are updating!) but she says its a network wide issue that engineers are lookign at and should be fixed within 24...... (I know, you thought the same as me "24 minutes" but no, fixed "within 24 HOURS"!!!

just seen a post elsewhere which suggests changing the APN setting for the data network as follws:-

Change APN from idata.o2.co.uk TO mobile.o2.co.uk

this works and I'm back on data but do I risk my data not being charged throught my unlimited bundle??

o2 on their Twitter feed advised against changing APN as they can't guarantee you won't get charged for data.
