how do you go about making a complaint to o2 and getting your voice heard?

I have had a hard time dealing with o2 recently re: broken handset and am getting nowhere :robotmad:

Sounds stressful but you will not be able to leave until you have settled your contract in full. Once you have done this you will be free to move wherever you wish. Please make sure you have a good signal with whichever network you choose

What exactly was the £201.90 bill for. Paying off the old contract plus starting your new one? Sounds a mess and I hope you get a callback and can sort it out without further stress. It does seem a long drawn out process rectifying mistakes,  we hear it all too often on here.
