has anyone else had truthfull threads containing no bad language taken down by the clan of uber secretive moderators?
i have only written about situations that they have put me in and still as it shows o2 in a bad light they take it down.
maybe if they put as much effort into solving customers problems as they do into patrolling this forum there would be less unhappy customers, i have been waiting for some kind of response to my two customer services queries for weeks now, yet they rip my posts off within 3 hours of them going up....

I have had posts deleted with no swear words. I have received private messages from the moderators when this has occurred. The purpose of this forum is to try and help others through their knowledge or experience and the role of moderators has been discussed extensively in many previous posts such as:

Giving advice against o2's T&Cs can lead to posts being deleted but fair and constructive criticism of o2 is tolerated. Not knowing the content of your deleted posts, I am unable to comment but moderators usually try to amend/censor posts rather than delete. You may or may not know that they are appointed by o2 and have to adhere to instructions and guide lines given to them by o2.

i havent put anything that is general negativity to o2, just specific experiences i have had with them, and have not used any bad language. i have also not put any personal information on. so which rules are they i have broken????

Do O2 staff actually monitor the forums and provide answers to peoples questions or resolve problems?
