If through O2 and on Refresh you have 7 days cooling off period to cancel. If your within that then ring O2 on 202 before the cut off date to arrange collection if upgraded online.
If from a shop then return the iPhone to them with all paperwork.
For Change of Mind you have 14 days and can only change handset once. T&C here

If your past the cooling off period then you have a couple of options.
You may be suffering from Buyers Remorse so perhaps give it a little more time to get used to it.
Sell the iPhone and use the funds to purchase another phone.
Pay off your handset plan if in refresh and upgrade again.
