Hi i am hoping someone may be able to shed some light on my issue.

The phone is not making or recieving any calls but is sending and recieving texts and using data fine.

I have gone through all of apple's troubleshooting steps with no joy.

I have also used another O2 sim and i still get the same problem.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Its not showing as a blocked handset on the link. I can still send and recieve texts and use the data its just incoming and outgoing calls!

Try a restore via itunes or book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store
