After +2 years loyal O2 customer they have make me leave.
I ordered a Iphone 11 pro mx back October 10... still waiting for it.
O2 have charge me for the Plan.. after many calls, triying to know what happening found out DPD have lost the parcel. and the only answer from O2 is that I have to wait until the find out where is it.
( if I orderd something wich I got charge for it, I only expect to received)
+40 min wait on the phone. A call that I have to pay because I am calling from Spain.
Also because they blocked my UK phone number.
Well done, O2 has shown you incredible customer service. I can see that you don't mind 1 customer.
I guess you have millions in the UK, which is 1 less, right?
by the way I'm still on the phone waiting for almost 50 minutes ... (almost 1 hour .. RIDICULOUS)
I have been told that they cannot cancel the order because they have lost it ... AMAZING

@blokpoel You can call customer service for free from anywhere on any phone or by using Skype on +44800 032 1402. Hope you eventually get this sorted.
Edit: You can also lodge a formal complaint: https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain We have been told that using the Resolver link within the link I've supplied produces good results.
