Seriously if I choose Mobile or Full I’m limited in what I can do but at least Full has options BUT the way the website displays is horrific

It’s the same on all mobile browsers and an often reported issue that we all have to deal with.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It would seem that O2 can't get the website working on mobile unless you request desktop view and then it is too small unless you have eagle eyes.
