I’m just wondering how long it’s been taking o2 to actually fulfil peoples orders for the iPhone 11pro?
When I ordered mine (64gb in gold) on the 6th the delivery estimate was “within 3 weeks”. 3 weeks on and I receive an email saying there has been a delay, but no additional details on how long it might be... not even an estimate. The o2 chat was next to useless and just kept repeating that that they will email when it’s ready to be collected from store. I’m pretty sure that they must have an idea of when stock is expected to arrive.
So, how long has everyone else been waiting/ still waiting?

The only people who can tell you when they expect new stock is O2. I wouldn't use live chat, I would call and speak to someone. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

They are probably working through the back orders. Definitely speak to someone and hopefully they will have a better idea than the unreliable and poorly informed live chat.
