Ive been with o2 for over 10 years, today i lost my phone, what a horrible experience i had dealing with customer services. Had to wait over 15 mins to speak to someone, then that person was so not bothered they couldnt wait to finish the conversation, so bad mannered. Never again will i get a contract from o2.

Been online for two hours waiting for a guru to speak to, they are either to busy or gone off line. the serviceis crap.

Did you get through to the dedicated L&S dept? Normally they are very efficient.
